Asphalt Shingled Roofs
Asphalt shingles or composite shingles are a standard installation.
Shake Shingled Roofs
Shake shingles may also be a standard installation; however, the age and condition of your shingles will depend on whether additional materials and labor charges may apply. Older shake shingles tend to become brittle and may split or crack easily upon removal. These would need to be replaced with new shake shingles which will not immediately match in color.
Clay, Concrete and Slate Tiled Roofs
A modified Solar Powered Fan-Attic is available for these types of roofing. Also, a qualified roofing contractor should assess the existing roof tile installation prior to installing the Solar Powered Fan-Attic.
Open Beam Ceiling
Maui Solar Attic Fans does not offer Open Beam ceiling installations.
Flat and Metal Roofs
Due to the nature of these types of roofing, we do not offer installation of the Solar Powered Fan-Attic.
